Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  Cancellations after this point will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment value.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full cost of the treatment.  Further appointments will not be honoured until this fee is settled.
